We are looking to bring a Junior Business Analyst responsible for Implementations and Customer Success onto our growing team. General Job Overview:

The Junior Business Analyst will work extremely closely with the Product and Technology Group within EventPipe to manage and route support requests, gather customer feedback, , provide customer communications & training on coming and new system features. They will assist in validating bug reports, testing fixes and software deployments. This position will require deep product knowledge to fully engage with all the customers as well as the Product and Development team. The analyst in this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of solutions and processes that increase productivity, streamline implementation and support, shorten the feedback loop, enable company growth and strengthen our relationships with our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate and route all support requests within the EventPipe team.

  • Communicate status, timeframe and outcome of all support requests to the customers.

  • Own and manage technical project escalations through to resolution.

  • Assist in on-boarding new customers

  • Train clients on software usage and best practices

  • Keep sales presentations & sales team up to date with new features

  • Develop and deliver communications, marketing materials, tutorials and training materials for new and existing features as part of a release plan.

  • Assist in the test software functionality as needed

  • Maintain Release Notes

  • Provide product management support for projects and deployments

  • Collect customer input and participate in sessions with Solutions team to drive product roadmap and innovation

  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to all customers, partners and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Keep the customer and extended EventPipe team synchronized

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and motivations

  • Maintain and foster team, partner and customer relationships

  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Abilities and Experiences:

  • 1+ years of Business Analysis, ideally in a technology.

  • Salary and benefits commensurate to education and experience.

  • This job may require a non-compete agreement to be signed as a condition of employment.

  • Knowledge of the GDS and OTA’s would be a big plus

  • Experience with Slack, Jira, Confluence, Github helpful but not required

  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle a plus.

  • Past Experience in the hospitality industry or sports management will provide value to this position
