Tim is an experienced and accomplished software executive having served as the head of corporate development and as Chief Financial Officer at Motus, where he led the company through multiple financings and acquisitions. Tim joined Motus after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of ConnectEDU and leading the corporate development/M&A function at EducationDynamics. Tim began his career in investment banking and private equity after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Chief Technology Officer

Mike is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience developing and scaling high-tech software organizations. Prior to founding EventPipe, Mike was VP of Mobile Applications at Motus, scaling the mobile platform for the leading mobile workforce management software. His background also includes time as VP of Technology at RedNote and Principal Software Engineer at Fidelity.

Chief Product Officer

Jeff is a product leader with 10+ years of experience in building, launching and scaling software products that deliver value. Prior to joining EventPipe, Jeff worked as Director of Product Management at Motus, and was a driving force behind their flagship mobile product. Jeff also spent time at Redfin as a Senior Product Manager. He has a degree in Economics from Boston College.

Chief Revenue Officer

Dillon Blake is a proven revenue leader with more than 20 years of experience scaling SaaS companies through sales leadership and revenue operations. Before joining EventPipe, he served as SVP of Revenue Operations at Everway owned by Five Arrows, an education technology company, following more than 12 years at Motus, where he was a top performing sales executive and then sales leader before he rose to Vice President of Revenue Operations and helped architect the go-to-market strategy behind successful PE Exit with Thoma Bravo and Permira. Based in Austin, Texas, Dillon is a multi-year President's Club leader and holds a BA in Marketing and Management from Sam Houston State University.

Senior Vice President, Product

Christine Mancini is a seasoned product leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise and consumer platforms within organizations in various industries. She has held leadership roles at Macy’s, Walmart, and Krossover, where she led large-scale initiatives across marketplace, loyalty, and platform enablement, and drove improvements in delivery, scalability, and operational efficiency. Christine holds a B.S. in Biology from UCLA and an M.A. in International Studies from The Graduate Center at CUNY.

Vice President, Finance and Strategy

Dante has a strong track record of scaling high-growth businesses. At Motus, he served as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he led key financial initiatives that contributed to significant company growth. Dante holds dual degrees in Finance and International Management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.

Director, Customer Success & Support

Patricia has unmatched product knowledge which fuels her dedication to customer care and adoption. Before her time at EventPipe, she spent five years in the sports housing industry, leading teams and servicing customers for one of the top housing companies in the industry. Driven by her first-hand experience using the product as a customer, she is passionate about helping customers achieve and exceed their goals through the power of software alongside exceptional customer support from our team. Patty holds a BS in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Economics from Towson University.

Director, Software Engineering

Rob is a Software Engineer with 20 years of experience in leading and building engineering teams that deliver maintainable, extendable and feature rich solutions. Prior to joining EventPipe, Rob worked as Director of Software Engineering at NielsenIQ, starting a new service group to help support business expansion.

Before joining EventPipe, he was Director of Software Engineering at Motus, where he led a team developing enterprise software solutions in the managed mobility services space. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Augusta University.
